Samyang has the largest market share in the global suture market, exporting to approximately 200 companies in 40 countries around the world, including the U.S., Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

There are three methods of classifying surgical suture. Samyang Holdings specializes in manufacturing and supplying multifilament and monofilament synthetic absorbable sutures.

3. Structure : Multifilament - Monofilament
Multifilament and monofilament of Samyang's suture products can be distinguished by the name of the product.
1. Multifilament : Tri-®, Neo-®
2. Monofilament : Mono-®

If the sutures sold from Samyang are connected, the total length would go round the world 50 times. In 2022, the new plant in Hungary was completed to further spur the global market.
